Who can take part in the Parkinson's online training?
No matter how advanced your Parkinson’s disease is, our Parkinson’s online training is for you. You don’t need to be mobile to start, but you do need to start to become more mobile. How does Parkinson's online training work?
During training, we combine breathing exercises and movement. This is very important as it helps to release neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin and noradrenaline. These neurotransmitters not only help us to feel better, but also help to reduce the stress hormone
cortisol and promote the repair and regeneration of brain cells. Facial gymnastics and vocal exercises are also part of the training to improve your facial expressions and expressiveness
and give you a more confident appearance.
